Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you don’t absolutely love your new purchase, you must return your item(s) within 3 business days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt or invoice.

You will receive a refund minus shipping cost.

You are responsible for return shipping cost with your preferred carrier, however, Shelli Scott recommends insuring the package for the full value. 

Please allow 3 business days from the time we receive your item(s) for the refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email confirmation when the return is being processed and another email once the process has been completed.
